Proposal Requirements

  • Please submit presentation proposals by May 15, 2026.
  • The proposal should be 300-500 words.

Proposal Types

  1. Individual Presentation (20 minutes). A focused talk presenting original research, theoretical frameworks, or practice-based insights. Presentations should include time for questions and discussion (typically 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A).
  2. Round table Group Panel Discussion (45 minutes). A structured, dialogic format in which a small group of participants (typically 3–5) engage with a shared theme or question from multiple perspectives. Unlike a traditional panel, roundtables prioritize exchange over individual presentations, with ample time for audience participation.
  3. Workshop/Showcases (45 minutes). A hands-on, participatory session designed around active engagement. Facilitators guide participants through activities, tasks, or collaborative exercises, with clear learning or discussion outcomes. Proposals should briefly describe the activities planned and the materials or tools required.
  4. Classroom based practical study/results (20 minutes). A format for sharing evidence from teaching practice — including course designs, interventions, student data, or reflective accounts of classroom implementation. Presentations may be exploratory or results-oriented, and should connect practical findings to broader questions in the field.
  5. Provocation (≈10 minutes). Short, provocative talks intended to challenge conventional thinking, raise unresolved questions, or offer bold new perspectives (can be submitted as a group, where each person is offered 10 minutes of provocation and/or respond to others.
